editHi, I'm not an administrator so I cannot really do anything. After the user has received a final warning, you could report the user at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. Then admins will have a look at the problem. --Jaellee (talk) 20:35, 10 March 2021 (UTC)
